Current regulations impose an obligation on the employer to conduct occupational health and safety classes. These are both periodic health and safety training, as well as introductory training. During them, participants learn how to behave at their workplace to perform it safely and reduce the risk of hazards and accidents. This knowledge is obligatory, regardless of the position and job profile, so every newly recruited employee should take part in this type of training. Our offer

We conduct initial occupational health and safety training, i.e. for employees hired to work, as well as apprentice students and students of vocational schools on apprenticeships, as well as periodic ones, the purpose of which is to update and expand knowledge at the workplace. These are classes aimed at employees as well as employers and people in managerial positions. Below we present the applicable legal requirements in the field of occupational health and safety in accordance with par. 14, 15 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 27 July 2004 on training in the field of occupational safety and health (Journal of Laws No. 180, item 1860, as amended).

Initial OHS training:

• for new employees in blue-collar, administrative and office, engineering and technical positions - valid for 1 year
• for new hires managing employees, for managerial positions - valid for 6 months

Periodic OHS training:

• for people in administrative and office positions - valid for 6 years
• for people in engineering and technical positions - valid for 5 years
• for workers in blue-collar positions - valid for 3 years
• for people and people managing employees - valid for 5 years
• for people in blue-collar, engineering and technical and managerial positions performing particularly dangerous work - valid for 1 year or 6 months depending on occupational risk
• for health and safety service people - the first 12 months after graduation, then every 5 years

Topics of classes

Both initial and periodic OHS training for employers and OHS training for employees consist of information tailored to the scope of work. Each introductory OHS course consists of a general instruction that acquaints participants with health and safety regulations, as well as a workplace instruction individually tailored to the work performed and showing how to carry it out safely. Periodic health and safety training includes information from introductory classes, updating and extending it to remind the employee of the most important safety rules applicable at his workplace.

Therefore, in our Center, each periodic health and safety training and initial training is selected in terms of its subject matter for a specific job. It is a certainty that employees will be trained comprehensively and will know how to act to work safely.
